@smallbutdeadly It's probably right to have an option to set which cameras are enabled, so you can override first person only, thrid person only or both.
@mrwallace888 Do you have outdated Gears.asi?
Version 1.7.0 was just released!
It makes 3rd person inertia force configurable, and also updates Manual Trnasmission integration (if you use it, you need to update it to 4.6.6 or newer).
Changelog:
1.7.0
* Ability to set ammount of inertia force for 3rd person camera. Search for InertiaForce in the .ini file for details.
* Updated Manual Transmission integration (If you use Manual Transmission, make sure you update it to 4.6.6 or newer).
* Other minor enhancements
Happy driving!
@xXCONCAMXx Please post your ini file on pastebin and put the link here, and make sure the ini is properly named and in the same folder as the asi file
@Jan119 Well, If I don't hide the character on 1st person, then you will see the player's head while braking, because the animation it performs.
@mrwallace888 So you mean a 1st person camera inside of the coptkit, but aligned horizontally to the center of the car (instead of being aligned to the steering wheel)
@ikt Did you delete decorators support in 4.6.7 yet?
I need to update my Custom Camera V Plus mod to support the new MT API.
Waiting for new script hook (1737) to release a new update...
@HeroNET I tried to implement also motion blur with no luck, some time ago, so camera effects are hard to implement on this mod, however it should be possible. I will investigate a little more about that, but no promises :)
@mrwallace888 Hey! Glad you like the mod! :)
Hood camera is definitively doable, and x-y-z offsets sounds about neccesary too! Just need some time to implement it... I need to organise the code of the mod, bcause it's becoming a monster! This will take some time. I will probably release an update with configurable inertia effects intensity soon, but after that, new features will have to come after this reorganisation of the code!
