Back in IV, we had a whole the state to explore including the underrated state of Alderney, now the almighty New Jersey inspired piece has returned.
I made it similar to NJ real-life environment for a better realistic experience, of course there is still more work left to finish, obviously it's only the concept, but meanwhile enjoy this little modification i've made :)
Each neighborhood is loaded separately as Menyoo limits the amount of objects \ peds \ vehicles.
The game will simply crash, or will get messy if you load more than one neighborhood. Otherwise, it functions well.
To install:
Paste all the xml files find MenyooStuff\Spooner and there you extract them.
In game, go to Menyoo and choose Object Spooner.
Click on the desired neighborhood and press "Load Placements", it'll automatically teleport you to the location.
*Currently only Alderney City is missing*

Is there not a way to naturally add traffic nodes to the game files to spawn things in Liberty City Rewind?
@shifuguru I know nodes are possible, Liberty modders can answer this question more specifically
does this work on 1.1 latest rewind??? airport on other end east....... i have tried on xatab 1.50 to no avail!!! spawns wrong placements
@admTbyrd oh, probably not on the latest update. I've made this mod on the initial release of Liberty Rewind (downloaded from libertycity.ru)
