install : you need Map Editor:https://ro.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
1) Go to your GTA V file
2) Open the archive , drag and drop the XML file in the main directory of the game (not in the scripts folder)
3) Press f7 to open Map Editor , go to load map ,file chooser , President Escort
4) DONE !
