A Crime Scene Located Within An Alley Near Vespucci Beach
There Are Two Version Of This Mod With One With All The Cops And Pedestrians, While The Other Is Just The Murder Scene Itself

Installation:
1. Install Menyoo and make sure its working correctly.
2. Install the open all interiors mod that can be found here https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/open-all-interiors
3. Move The XML file from the zip folder and drop it into MenyooStuff/Spooner in your GTA5 folder.
4. Once you have loaded up GTA V then open the menyoo menu
click on "Object Spooner"/"Manage Saved Files" and select the map you have choosen below.
