This is a rally course i made for you to drive on and have fun, This took me 2 - 3 days to complete, You can spawn the course with Menyoo in GTAV's main directory > menyooStuff > spooner:

The guy that is suppost to play the guitar is just idle. To fix him just standing there you can go into hes proberties and make him use the guitar again in scenario actions
