Part of Vice City based on ocean drive (Miami beach, 1330 ocean drive https://www.google.ru/maps/@25.7843933,-80.1298621,3a,85.1y,337.92h,104.5t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s7Edbdrs7eqWTXd_2Ryuzhg!2e0!7i16384!8i8192!5m1!1e4?hl=ru).
Mod was inspired by driv3r, grand theft auto vice city and real Miami beach. It is a reimagining of my other mod designed for gta sa (https://gtaforums.com/topic/984535-sa-vice-city/ or https://gtaforums.com/topic/978979-miami-beach/).
At the moment, three parts of the roadway and two buildings with a courtyard area are ready: parody to Van Ness Hotel and Netherland condominium.
It still in early and very slow development. In the future, a gradual expansion of the map is planned.
Installation:
1) Copy folder rs_vice_city to path Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2) Add line dlcpacks:/rs_vice_city/ to common\data\dlclist.xml file
Map placed at coordinates x = 4000, y = -1500, z = 10

Great work. Really looking forward to placing this somewhere in the city. Since this is the first version, I wonder if in future updates you would consider making 'surfside' an open interior? Obviously props and vegetation would enhance this but I appreciate that will come later. First thing I'm going to do is add an animated billboard or a mural. Thank you so much for creating and sharing this

@ollyolly Thanks for the rating, first of all I plan to make the street part (exterior) of the planned area, then add small props in the form of vegetation, street lamps and lanterns, benches, etc. Perhaps someday interiors will be added.
