Would this cause game crashes due to memory restrictions especially when running LSPDFR?

@Baronpsycho Thanks! I don't know why that happened though, however, I wouldn't prefer playing this mod with the 'Forests of V' mod because there would be a conflict between the mods, causing glitchy trees. I think there are converters for the map mods though.

@AbdullahHossain I doubt so... if it can run on my PC with very high settings on 45 FPS, it will probably run on any PC... My game never crashed, and I have a couple of other mods (weapon mods, sound mods, etc.), and it never crashed.Not sure about LSPDFR though... if you get memory errors, try finding a good 'commandline' or gameconfig.xml.

I used the Ymap convertor for your mod, and it works well with Forests of V mod. The only thing i think to be aware of is that it uses more memory to load in, depending on your settings.

@gtavjamal this mod hasn't been touched in four years. I recommend another YMAP mod to replace this one if you are using it. There are tons out there. Even I have one you are more then welcome to check out. And they are custom redwood trees that I created not default trees. Give it a peak you might like it.

@Xotiic92 You did nice trees. Just added yours to the collection thanks!! I checked out all the tree mods. Specifically to transform Sandy Shores into a forest. Domacs is one of the few with those tall trees without making it an apocalypse setting etc. Was hoping since its been 4 years time for an update lol.

@gtavjamal Thanks I appreciate that. That is just a small portion to a much larger mod I'm developing. I will support updates to that free Redwood Forest and am currently working on one now to add in smaller pines etc some will be base game models others will be custom models I created like those Redwood trees.

Figured out how to have trees only with no peds etc. Just convert the file to a ymap and put in your custom maps folder.

Lol, didn't expect people to still see and download this mod in 2022. That's kinda cool.

You should probably look into different forest mods. I can update this one and remove all the pedestrians, interior stuff and custom scenarios I added, but I don't think it's worth it since the mod is barely optimized and can cause FPS loss.

@Domac Yours is the only legit forest mod I found for Sandy Shores and as good as it gets as far as tree mods go. It's one of my vital map mods! Without your mod Sandy Shores looks like a shithole Mad Max desert wasteland. Fantastic job dawg! Tbh I haven't noticed any FPS loss and I have many other tree mods installed too everything on max settings. PS. The addition of the peds etc is great don't get me wrong. Only thing is of course they remain all the time so I use them on special occasions lol. Thanks again.

nice mod, very detailed and thought out layout of trees, BUT, major fps drops even on 3080ti's i get 6 fps at spawn location of this mod, if it was optimised it give it a better rating, but its still nice
