This is gym of sandy shores that is completely made by Ms mods
SP Installation: Extract the YMAP from the folder and set it on your desktop
Open OpenIV, install it if you dont have it already
[Make sure you go into edit mode!!] Click update> x64> dlcpacks> custom_maps>dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> citye> maps> custom_maps.rpf
Then take the YMAP and drag & drop it into OpenIV then its in!
FIVEM Installation: FiveM: simply drag and drop both maps into your map folder in your server. If you dont already have a map folder, just google or youtube how to make a map add-on folder for FiveM.

@Djlaunch AT marina drive https://gta-5-map.com/ open this map and see the location of marina drive its actually at sandy shores side area Thankyou
@Ms Mods It doesn't load properly properly missing, you can ealk through objects
Couple issues the doors don’t open you have to spawn into building and be nice if it had parking outside other then that nice build

@Ms ModsThere is a collision issue, the doors cannot enter, and each door cannot be used, like a wall
