A completely illegal Race through the world of GTA 5.
The longest, dangerous, unbelievable, absurd, crazy, difficult, impossible, exhausting, grueling Race of all GTA 5.
- In the Big One Race your first win is to stay alive.
- Your second win is to be the first, at least for a while.
- Before even thinking of being first to the finish line, you have still a long way to go.
Choose carefully your car.
The super-fast supercars are very good on the highway, much less in the desert.
The buggies are excellent in the desert, much less in the mud, and in crossing the rivers.
The 4x4 are good in the mud, but are slow.
The Muscle car are robust in the jumps and stunts, but unstable at high speed.
The convertibles are nice, but you have no defense when shoot you ...
In the Big One Race when you're running, all hate you:
- Police hate you, because the Race is illegal.
- The farmers hate you because trample their fields and invest their animals.
-The gang hate you, why draw the warning police in their neighborhoods.
- The dancers of the Vanilla Unicorn hate you, because their customers come to see the Race, and not shove dollars in their panties.
- The mountain people hate you because you make noise, and why are mountain people ...
- The hippies hate you, why pollute.
Everybody hates you, and everyone is trying to stop you, even if it means killing you if necessary.
The Big One Race has 40 cars at the start. (Much less on arrival)
The Big One Race is so long and busy that when you die it's not over. You just lost some places. Take the first car that you can find and run to the next checkpoint.
In this Race, no one behaves honestly. And 'it allowed and encouraged cheating.
There is not a definite starting point. Not to make it clear to the police where and when the Race starts, when it's time everyone roaming the area, and a message warns you that the Race began.
When it's time find the first checkpoint and starts running.
You can not know the precise moment when starts, any where, and at the start you could be driving next to the first checkpoint, or far away to eat an ice cream at the beach.

Instructions
After installing the mod and everything you need, comes into GTA 5 brought close to the start of the Big One Race, click F7 -> Load xml file -> Big_One_Race_1
Clearly if you want to run the 1, for Race 2 -> Big_One_Race_2, for Race 3 -> Big_One_Race_3
The Big One Race can also be run without the xml files, but you lose half of fun.
The xml files containing objects and peds which trigger GTA5 events. Such as police pursuits or the wrath of the military and gangs.

Using this mod Three Man Army (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/three-man-army) you can run the Big One Race with some friends. I only did some testing, but it seems to work fine.

is on my pc for months, every day I would add something new, but unfortunately, I have absolutely no time to do it ...
So for now load this first version. It is absolutely not a finished project!
Accept aid, feedback and advice. In the future, if I have time quietly, shortly some updating maybe some new area, or some other object or peds. I would go anywhere in the world of GTA 5, and turn events as possible, but it is an endless job ...
I saw that there is still some errors, I will try to correct them in future updates.
I had to break thefile in third. For months everything worked properly with One file, then one day, after some community Race, scripthook, MapEditor, etcetera, update has stopped working ... I have no idea why, something too heavy. Dividing into 3 the file everything seems to work again.
I noticed some crash in the second Race. Resolves eliminating the ScriptHookVDotNet log file (eg. ScriptHookVDotNet-2016-08-29.log) in the GTA directory. I have absolutely no idea why, it does not always.

Yes, load one at a time.
I do not know why, for a long time worked in one file, then one day he decided to stop working. I had to split into 3 files, it might be better even in 4 ...
for some reason, this map doesn't load up for me, i can get to the part where you choose all your settings, but then there's just a black screen with the loading symbol in the bottom corner. Any help? i really wanna play it, it looks cool
@Fokioo I think it's a problem of different versions. From what I can gather community race and MapEditor work together.
You have to keep both updated to the latest version. Otherwise you have that kind of problems.
My pc is lagging with this race, can you reduce the number of triggers, props and peds? I´m in the middle of the Race 1 and i crash my car against an invisible firetruck.

Also, the 1 is perhaps the most lightweight ...
Try a different weather, or time of day. Or drawn to reduce the graphics settings.
Unfortunately, they are not the files to weigh heavily (few props and some peds) but trigger events (shootings, chases, etc.) if they involve many cars and many peds may become heavy.
If the problem is the accident in the first race, try to jump it and upload the xml file later. At the beginning there are many things at stake, the race, the competitors, the traffic, the police, pedestrians, all things your PC and graphics card must manage. Without considering the rest of the GTA. Later in the race the competitors move away a little, you leave the city, the police and peds only focus on you, it becomes a bit lighter to handle.
I am very sorry this happen, but I do not know how to help you further.
@alebal: I have not yet installed this mod as I've been busy playing with other mods, but this looks like 5* work! I will play and rate ASAP. I have seen the videos online and this looks amazing, chaotic, destructive and could have been scripted by Trevor Phillips himself it is so insane! But how does this perform in terms of fps? Community races can cause fps to drop <30 with 12+ racers (my system is non-overclocked 4.2Ghz Intel i7 4790K, 4GB VRAM, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, all updates, etc.), so I am curious how 40 racers will affect performance. I will try to remove other scripts but I'd rather enable traffic - that just adds to the mayhem!
Oh and just to clarify: I install only one race at a time and then I load manually in-game, correct? Thanks.
@sf500 Hello, so far I have not seen large fps problems, there may be a slowdown if you happen to run at night with the storm and the police, the military and other peds who follow you and shoot, but it happens rarely. The race is very long, the positions dilate. The first competitor is actually very very far from the last. There may be times when there are many competitors in the same place (eg at the start), but community race seems to manage very well this thing. They may also be occasions when there is no traffic, gta has its limits on cars you can have around, between competitors and police may be that it is not space for other traffic. But it's nice because it seems that the police have closed the streets to chase you ...
I have all the racing community race installed at once, instead you have to individually load the xml file not to exceed the limits of MapEditor.
@alebal: Thank you for your quick and very detailed reply! I appreciate that GTA 5 has its limits, no matter how good a PC is; but you're saying that it should run well, so I look forward to the chaos! I tend to leave on traffic, but if the mod blocks traffic in some parts (to be realistic), then that is good too. I have seen the videos and the traffic really adds to the fun - crashing into traffic, dodging traffic, blowing up traffic, etc.!
Thanks also for confirming how to load the file - I will load just one at a time and without too many other races. It makes sense actually - I hear that MapEditor has a limit for the number of objects it can load at one time. I look forward to this, thanks again. I'm rating this 5*!
@sf500 In the videos, often I had to remove the traffic. Otherwise kept crashing and could not make videos ... just stay alive enough to make the video was difficult ... I wanted to show a little bit throughout the race, but often I died shortly after the start ...
@alebal: Haha, yeah I can imagine that it gets really crazy out there! In one of the videos, did I see peds blasting a car with rail guns?! I think I'm going to need to pick up that armoured Kuruma, although even that may not save me! Well, so long as my CPU can handle traffic, then I'll use it. But if things get insanely difficult, then I'll disable it as you suggest. Looking at the videos, you were not exaggerating: staying alive really is the first goal. Thanks again for your help, I'll be trying this out shortly.
@alebal Did you plan make a "BaM" series of missions about Taxi film or Transporter or Fast and Furious or CannonBall or GreenHornet maybe? I can help with it =)

This is not working anymore. I guess its the new updated map editor or community races. It doesn't load at all.
Nice big long race that show off almost all of the nice scenic roads in GTAV. May be should rename this mod to Los Santos CannonBall Run! I had to change the name of the VehicleHash to EntityXF in the races\big_one_race*.xml to get the races to load, as the vehicle name is case sensitive. Also had to drop the no of cars to around 20 so GTAV doesn't crash. Also the police doesn't seem to chase me... only shoot at me when I go past them.
@alebal, i just installed it and i manage to load race 1 but nothing happens i cant see the race?? where to go when i upload the xml file of the race 1?

XML files only load PEDs, vehicles, and objects along the run.
