Installation:

1)Open OpenIV.(Download Link: http://openiv.com/?cat=23 )
2)Go To - Grand Theft Auto V\x64\audio\sfx\STREAMS.rpf\ and replace The 'ambient_musician_guitar.awc'
with the 'ambient_musician_guitar.oac' provided in the Download.
...Start The game and use native trainer or any other program to set the character animation as 'Musician'.
NOTE:Do Not Delete the '0x179EE38E.wav' file under the 'ambient_musician_guitar' folder.

@FadilF Actually the game doesn't allows Stereo files and they need to be converted into Mono and that's why the quality of audio is not that great and volume is low.
