This mod is a Lake Zurich loading music replacer.

1.Download and extract the Winrar File.
2.Download OpenIV if you don't have it already (openiv.com)
3.Open OpenIV
4.Go to (mods)>x64>audio>sfx>PROLOGUE.rpf and replace "td_loading_music.awc"
