where is it?
so this sorta works but its so wack, first the billboard turns back into the i heart skunkpop thing when i go near it, and the red cloths dissapear even if i cross the street? I confirmed the billboard using airbrake and it just fades out again when i go near it, Dunno if any GTA updates broke this or not but yeah
