This mod turns the originals into real ones.
Install first in
GTA V > mods > x64h.rpf > levels > gta5 > interiors > v int 68.rpf and replace v 68 mags.ydr
For LA Billboards:
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > LA Billboard P2 > dlc.rpf > x64 > textures.rpf and replace v 68 mags.ydr
Run GTA V and Enjoy!

@Zonagg These image files are useless if the textures are embeded and cannot be changed.
