Built from the ground up, this version brings the next-gen experience on PC to the next level! No stone was left unturned, including scratch-built popgroups, popcycles, hundreds of unique car generators, and vehiclemodelsets. Enjoy realism, hidden vehicles, easter eggs and so much more that brings the 11-year-old map of GTA V back to life!
This is the Lite Edition of the mod, meaning it only contains vanilla content. The Ultimate Edition, which includes vanilla and modded content, can be found here! (Currently outdated, update coming soon!)
Below are the current Add-Ons for the mod:
Chameleon Paint Patch: Add a splash of color to your game! This Add-On will integrate the Chameleon Paint mod into vehiclemodelsets to allow special variants of vehicles to spawn. You must install the colors separately. They are not included in this mod!
Updated DLC Vehicle Spawn Colors: Lessen the assault on the visual senses! This Add-On replaces DLC vehicle spawn colors with all of my previously posted packs, for better integration and less gaudy color combinations!
Prerequisites:
Simple Trainer
Chameleon Paint (For the Chameleon Paint Patch)
HeapAdjuster
Packfile Limit Adjuster
A decent Gameconfig
Installation and important information is included within the ReadMe, so please take care when you're reading it!
FAQ:
1q. The cars are disappearing!
1a. Install Simple Trainer and or Menyoo to prevent DLC vehicles from despawning.
2q. A bunch of the same cars are spawning!
2a. This is known as the 'GTA Effect' where a specific vehicle is chosen by the game and prioritized. This has nothing to do with the mod and is something that is hardcoded into the game.
3q. Cops Back on The Beat? RDE compatibility?
3a. No.
4q. Chameleon Paint Patch doesn't work!
4a. Good luck and maybe read the description next time!
5q. There is no variety or density!
5a. You can get extra variety by editing your settings.xml file in Documents/Rockstar Games/GTA V. Bump up the VehicleVarietyMultiplier to 10.0. Do not increase the CityDensity value, as it can cause crashes if it is too high. Instead, I highly recommend using L.S Traffic by Cass.
Please report any bugs to me in the comments about the mod or the .oiv packages. I am new to making .oiv packages, so there is room for error. Now that I have some more time at my own pace to work on the mod, I will be releasing occasional bug patches!
I will not be helping with subjects such as carvariations, computer performance, anything clearly stated in the FAQ or any of the ReadMe files, or other non-mod related topics.
Please do not modify or reupload these files!

While I enjoy this mod, I believe you should consider adding compatibility for RDE. It's a significant mod that significantly impacts the game, and adding compatibility would literally only take 5 minutes. I'm not suggesting that every aspect of the mod needs to be altered, but compatibility for at least the popcycle, popgroups, and vehiclemodelsets would be beneficial. I've personally done this in my own game. I understand that you are working on other projects right now but this would be much appreciated by the community. If you also did eventually go more in depth with compatability it would eventually become part of RDE. To be honest I don't know if you even like the RDE project.

@KingSillahXsX You need to modify the popcycle, popgroups, and vehiclemodelsets from this mod and copy the vehicle spawns from RDE into it. Those are the only files from this mod that I use.

@SpeedyClaude is there a video that could show this process? At the point i'm standing rn, you can use skysder popgroups and popcycle file onto rde. What about dispatch meta? And why are you using vehiclemodel sets?

@BuBAoBuN Pretty sure all I did was copy all the taxi and police lines from the rde popgroups and popcycle into the skysder one. I don't think I worried about the vehiclemodelsets.

@SpeedyClaude you pasted rde police in veh_cop group and taxies in veh_taxi group? Also could you please provide which lines from rde did you copy and paste-i and others that see this mod would be very grateful, if ofc it isnt too much trouble for you

@BuBAoBuN For popgroups.ymt copy all lines from RDE that are under from <Name>VEH_COPCAR</Name> all the way till </vehGroups> at the very end just. That should copy every single line that was added and modified by RDE. Also I realised that I didn't modify Skysder's popcycle.dat I just left that the same. I only use those two files from SETE since their are too many other files to modify and most of the scenarios are incompatible with RDE. Mainly the car generators at the police stations since they will display the wrong jurisdiction.

@SpeedyClaude so you recommed using skysder popgroups? wont that just leave out all the groups rde creates?

@BuBAoBuN No modify Skysder's popgroups.ymt the way that I said and also just use Skysder's popcycle.dat which doesn't need to be modified.

Update 5.2.2:
- Fixed a typo in popgroups.ymt that prevented motorcycles from spawning. Thanks to @txm550i for pointing this out!
- There is also a FiveM version available at the GitHub link in the description, courtesy of @L'kid
