Tattoos and Shirtoverlays converted for Decal5

I converted almost all Tattos and Shirtoverlays that Rockstar added through DLCs. (380 Textures)

These Textures all belong to Rockstar. I just exported them and made them compatible for Decal5.
If there is any Problem please report it.


Requiered:
Decal5
(i dont use the scriptcommunicator menu)


Install:
- follow the folder structure
- run AddonGraffitiListMaker.exe
- start the game
