VE:DGA is a mod that enhances dispatch, gang and action using modified vanilla assets. It's a mod that we made in 2021 for fun.

==INSTALLATION==
To install the mod, just drop the folders in the correct location, add "dlcpacks:/ved/" in dlclist.xml
Also install the requirements: HeapAdjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster and Dilapidated's Gameconfig to increase mod stability and avoiding crashes. Use DirectX 11 too so in that case there would be no weird textures.
==WHAT VE:DGA HAS TO OFFER==
--DISPATCH--
-A new challenging wanted system written from scratch
-Law enforcement equipment will improve as your wanted level increases, expect to see snipers and juggernauts at 5 stars
-Law enforcement AI is improved such as making them be able to shoot from a longer distance
-A system when shooting a cop doesn't give you immediately, doesn't apply on ambient cops on stations or scenarios (due to limitations)
-Reworked law enforcement related ambience
-Multiple jurisdictions not seen in vanilla (SAHP, MW, NOOSE, USCG, MW-Humane Labs)
-Variety of vehicles and peds
--GANG--
-Each gang has a unique loadout
-Gang combat AI is improved, you can expect seeing gangsters carry their fallen homies to safety
-Their relationships with other gangs has been slightly reworked
-Their bravery towards law enforcement is slightly increased
--ACTION--
-Brawling AI is now improved, so there is a 75 percent chance peds would fight you back
-Knocking out NPCs doesn't kill them instantly and their props wouldn't fall
-Law enforcement has a new tactical shooting style (beware of mods that changes weaponanimations.meta)
-Michael and model switching to law enforcement will hold guns more professionally such as them using NPC cover animations or holding LMGs properly
-Different movement styles in different law enforcement agencies or gangs

-Taxis will now spawn with multiple colors
-Civilian traffic uses more vehicles (not dlc vehicles unfortunately due to dlc vehicles having ghost drivers)
-Scientists spawning in the humane labs (instead of making the humane labs a merryweather outpost)

@x3mgamer You've done some amazing job here! I have my own units and dispatch but I'll combine them with some of yours. I'd like to ask you: In the dispatch you have only v_e_d_swatpilot_01 for vedpolmav. So how do you make the pilot drive the helicopter and regular swat appear on the helicopter's side as it seems in the photos? Does your script do this, is it your peds meta for v_e_d_swatpilot or something else that I have to tweak? Thanks!
@x3mgamer Also I do like a lot the option to have 4 swat peds in a vehicle! Maybe you could add the option to have additionaly 2 peds hanging from the side and 4 inside, 6 in total. Would also be possible to add to your script the ability for the marine peds who ride vehicles equiped with gun turrets (like insurgent3, menacer etc) to man them? So that in 5 stars (if you have army instead of police) you'll have 4 marines inside an insurgent3 and one more in the gun turret. Thanks!

The Los Santos County Sheriff still sometimes spawns in certain parts of the city, is this normal? overall great mod!
@Pinata_Hunter27 I believe that there's sheriffs in the hood and the residencial areas and the police force is in downtown and the beach areas, which is why you might see sheriffs in some parts of the city, I believe it's like that in real life (not sure I'm not american) but I can understand the logic behind it, the sheriffs in the city are also different from what you see in sandy shores, those sandy shore guys are NOT playing around from 3 stars onwards, they are even more accurate than the police
@x3mgamer Man this mod is dope, well deserved 5 stars I love the variety of police the 4 swat members (which should have been in the game from te get go!!) the Juggernouts, the fact that models are changing even in every star AND on top of all that you added the wanted circle from IV, I'm enjoying this mod even more than RDE, and it's actually pretty less demanding for my computer, well done man

I really love this mod but there's a bug in the mission Blitz Play where whenever you hit the armoured truck it fails the mission
