After realizing that most mods like this were now obsolete or unpublished, I have culminated lots of my time learning r.a.g.e engine audio files and how they function to create this mod.
Changes:
-Dbs, treble, and bass raised.
-Engine, exhaust, and idle sounds included.
-Sounds were properly equalized and raised without any clipping, used Audacity.
Changelog:
1.0 Initial release
2.0 DLC Update
--Can't include video for showcase as I don't have a way of making/uploading one, if any could be done, I would greatly appreciate it.--

(Installation)
ALWAYS use the mods folder and create back-ups, I am not responsible for any vanilla files replaced and crashes
by not using the folder.
OpenIV required
1. Extract the OIV to your desktop or run it from the rar, once in, click install and choose the "mods" folder
option, let it continue with the installation, closing it abruptly can result in errors.
Done!
Let me know if there are any bugs or crashes, I will tend to them as soon as I can.

is this mod an audio file edit, 'cos iirc you can just raise the volume natively by editing .REL files using Codewalker
@Dock-6 REL does indeed increase the volume for the engine, but this mods the bass/treble. Thanks for the suggestion though, might have to fix the title. It will be coming on a future update.
Looking forward to this when all the DLC is included, I like to ride with the radio off on muscle cars and the sound is just not loud enough for me...
@saint78 Thanks for making this, I was just talking about how the old ones don't work or haven't been updated. Looking forward to DLC vehicles being added. When you release that I can make a video showcase video for you

i appreciate you making this. there used to be a guy who did the same for every vanilla car sound but he got banned here and i have no way to contact him anymore, and it left me with soft (default) sounding cars from recent dlcs. cant wait for yours!

@Saint 78 2.0 file is too large, you can add link in upload to a third party website such as mega.nz or mediafire
@Biggdogg @Saint 78 The file uploaded to MediaFire is 218 MB, which definitely isn't too large. Am I missing something here? Was the previous file much larger?
@alloc8or Yes, when I combined it before it was around 400mb and BigDog did not let me upload, comment is still there.
So he wanted me to upload it separately. It was either that, or upload as separate mod but didn't want to as it's the same mod.
@Saint 78 So V2 only contains additional stuff? A file that is 218 MB (anything under 400 MB) should definitely be uploaded here. Larger files should be uploaded to an external host.
