This is mod replaces in-game lorries ads with real life ones from the UK.
This includes:
Asda
Tesco
Iceland
Morrison's
Marks & Spencer
Curry's PC World
Instructions:
1. Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
2. Go into Edit Mode
2. Un-zip the downloaded file
3. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the un-zipped file and copy everything except the readme
This includes:

Only complaint I have is the ASDA lorry, which looks nothing like the one IRL:

I suggest you use this model for the Tesco lorry, http://commercialmotor.com/Media/Default/BlogPost/Thumbnail/13201607-1.jpg - because this is the lorry I see on the road IRL
