This texture mod makes default Emperor badges look like Cadillac Fleetwood.

Installation path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
(You may use the texture file for either Emperor. As long as you rename the file)
