Click on the YTD file of the vehicle
Find which livery you would like to replace
Click replace and find the livery file and click "Open"
Click "Save"
DRAG AND DROP
/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/765lt/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/
Drag and Drop "765lt.ytd" into folder
--- For Fivem ---
Open OpenIV click "Edit Mode" at the top of OpenIV
Drag and drop the vehicle files into OpenIV
Click on the YTD file of the vehicle
Find which livery you would like to replace
Click replace and find the livery file and click "Open"
Click "Save"
Now Drag your YTD file back into its normal folder
DRAG AND DROP
Locate your folder with the vehicles files
Drag and Drop "765lt.ytd" into stream folder

i had this working but now i can't seem to get it showing in game. it was working on 1.0.29 but now on 1.0.30. idk if thats it. any info appreciated
nvm i just got it. idky but it wouldn't work in it's own dlc pack. i had to add the ytd and then add it to my own dlcpack of vehicles i put together.
