This is a skin for the police Speedo.
Here you can find the 3D model: Click here to get to the original page
You need the original files. They contain all the meta files and 3D models. Here you only get the paint job.
You can load the skins via OpenIV on the vehicle:
1. Drop the polnspeedo to the mods folder - GTA V > mods
2. Start OpenIV and go into the "Edit Mode"
3. Open the path GTA V > mods > polnspeedo > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > vehicles.rpf
4. Open polnspeedo.ytd
5. Replace speedo5-sign-1 with my DDS-file
6. Save
