Tennessee State Trooper CVPI (Skin)

I present to you the Tennessee State Trooper texture. This was my hardest work yet. This replaces the sheriff vapid.
To install-
1. Download and install https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/1999-ford-crown-victoria-with-whelen-edge-lightbar
2. Extract my download and open OPEN IV
3. Navigate to GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
4. Find sheriff.ytd, open and replace 99_cv_police_sign_1 with mine. If you want all 8 sheriffs to spawn with mine you'll have to duplicate my file 7 times. so you'll have 99_cv_police_sign_1 thru 99_cv_police_sign_8 to replace
5. Save as DXT1 and rebuild
6. Enjoy!

Realized there is a small black strip along right front bumper. Working on fix.
So as far as I can tell, the black area along right front bumper is a model issue. Oh well. Hardly noticeable. If anyone has a fix feel free to contact me. Thank you.
Awesome, now we need the CVPI's with RPM gauge, honey c grill & wrap around brush guard and it will be pretty official.

@Tenngta89 sorry, I haven't really been into doing mods lately. It takes a lot of work just to do one vehicle texture. Honesty, I have lost interest in doing textures and probably won't be doing any more unless I come across a mod that's worth messing with.
