There is nine skins for the 1999 Crown Vic. This is just a texture, not the model. I only take credit for the textures.
The 1999 Ford Crown Victoria is made by YCA-RE. You can get the model here:

I am always working on textures so this pack is still a work in progress. I plan on making skins for other cars and also making Los Santos variations of the Winnipeg Police Skin.

SC01 (Street Crime Unit 1) (V 2.0)
TAC1 (Tactical Response Unit 1) (V 2.0)
K901 (K9 Unit 1) (V 2.0)

Fixed Glow around crest on the doors
Fixed backwards 911 emergency text
Added three new units (K9, TAC, and Street Crime)
Made the text "POLICE" across the car look better

Added four Units ( Auxiliary Cadets, Community Relations, Central Traffic, Gang Unit)
