First install menyoo mod menu from here:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
-----------------------------------------------
then go to your gta5 directory folder then go to
menyoostuff/outfits and drop the files from the
archive to the outfits folder .....
launch the game and open mwnyoo go to:
Player options/Wardrobe/outfits
and apply whoever you want
have fun
