Streamed male addon ped mod V. 0.3:
This mod add a streamed ped:[addon]
Requirements:
-AddonPeds 3.0.1 (and its requirements):https://fr.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
(PS:This ped is streamed)
-A trainer (Enhanced native trainer, Menyoo, etc..) to change character clothes.
-you may need a new gameconfig.xml: https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars.
Install:[addon]
-place "kustomped2" folder, "kustomped2.ymt" and "kustomped2.yft" into "GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\addonpeds\dlc.rpf\peds.rpf"
-then follow addonpeds readme ("adding peds" section)
You can reuse this mod everywhere,repost it everywhere without any credits about me.This mod is entirely royality free.

make the noose skin actually be apart of the police. So add a dispatch unit where it says on bottom left or right corner so you can pull people over. If you can AWSOME! IF you can that's ok :/.
