1. Goto mods>update>x64>dlcpacks and drag and drop tvp into there

2. goto D:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data go into your dlclists.xml and copy and paste the bottom line and replace the dlcname to coolgasmask
