This comments section was pure trash... many people talking about "constructive criticism" but most of the comments contained words like "you're an arrogant" (and similar) and UNNEEDED moral lessons. Are you serious? Keep the trash talking out of the comments sections of mod pages.

Sorry for being a bit nosy. It makes me kind of sad when seeing people treating a dedicated modder like this. Many of the comments are too outrageous, it is almost like bullying. Like his mod or not, UGUR PRODUCTION is actually someone who is willing to contribute the community with his mods. I think that everyone have the freedom and rights to make mods. (Just like you may not be Leonardo da Vinci or Vincent van gogh, painting can still be your hobby.)

Of course, you can give constructive criticism (like improving the material, rigging, spec map, normal map etc...) to the creator to suggest how he can improve the mods. Still REMEMBER THIS, it is up to the creator whether he/she takes the advice or not (different people have different aesthetic and have different types of limitations, namely, hardware and software etc...). Remember, no one force you to download any mods. If you really want certain mods to happen in the way you want, you can always make the mods YOURSELVES.

Although this mod is not something that I am very interested in (which I may not download it), I still decided to give this mod a 5 stars rating for his contribution these years (btw, I still remember the Ladypool mod he made a long time ago, it is quite unique).

Hair - no alpha channel. Its easy to make, look how vanilla characters done.
Fingers and face... Without them animated this model looks like a wood, if you know what i mean.
Also as dionys said, normal maps and speculars are IMPORTANT. Like REALLY.
This is GTA V, not San Andreas or Vice City.

@UGUR PRODUCTION for normal and speculars map this one of the most efficient software I use for my mods but you must buy it. Also you can buy for $20 dollars on Steam MindTex 2 which make amazing normals, height, and speculars maps similar to ShaderMap.

You need normals and speculars for your models for better appearance in the game.

For rigging my advise is to find a good YouTube tutorial by people using 3DS Max rigging GTA 5 peds or You can try learning ZModeler which is easier than 3DS max.

At least use normals and speculars like or your models will look like a piece of wood like @ViktorMor said.

Actually there is free plugins for photoshop to make normal map (sometime, you have to fix some of those map yourselves to make it looks smoother and better though). For spec map you can just make it yourselves, the things that you want to make it have reflection just make it brighter while the texture you want it to be matt color, you can make it darker.
