This is my first mod and its more for my own personal use.
However I thought someone out there might also enjoy this.
This mod is a simple retexture for the Swat in gta v, it makes the jumpsuit darker and changes the police logo to NOOSE.
This is what (in my opinion) should have probably been included in the game already. In cutscenes and objectives, dialogue
and the storyline the swat are referred to as NOOSE but called police on their backs. They're called Swat, referred to as NOOSE
and drive around in FIB grangers. WTF Rockstar?
This mod changes them to be more like the gta iv NOOSE.
Anyway... Lets cut the shit.
To install the Noose retexture (The swat)
Open iv is required (If you dont have it, download it)
Remember to backup your files and all that jazz.
GTA v/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf/s_m_y_swat_01.ytd

@Marshal Well, since it's a .meta file, you could just use Notepad ++ to edit it
@Marshal I simply use notepad for editing it. Its a bit hard at first but its actually quite easy once you get the hang of it.
@Yorpie I'm planning on making a TRU model specifically for NOOSE, but I have to find the program to do so though.
@ATP2555 You could use Paint.net or GIMP.
@Marshal nice mod :) but I'm pretty sure the swats where I'm from on the back bullet proof vest says swat but still nice mod

@MrSaucyZ I used paint.net to make this version but just used paint for the previous version. I have GIMP 2 but I have no idea how to use it.
I see you tried to create a ballistic vest texture, but it doesnt really pop out if you know what i mean? Did you make a normal map?
