This is a NOOSE style reskin of Bad Company's 'New LSPD SWAT' model.

Installation:
Mods -> x64e.rpf -> models -> cdimages -> componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf -> s_m_y_swat_01.ytd -> replace the 3 .dds files inside and save.

@Monex no.. it does work, you must be doing it wrong.
@gay tony as clearly stated in the installation instruments, you're meant to go into s_m_y_swat_01.ytd and then replace the 3 .dds files inside.

@Monex yes there are... literally every single texture for the SWAT model and every other model is a .dds image. All you have to do is turn on edit mode, go into s_m_y_swat_01.ytd and then drag and drop the 3 files from the downloaded folder and click save.
@groans4u4 i cant open the s_m_y_swat_01.ytd, if i try to open it,
nothing happen..
@Monex maybe reinstall OpenIV until it works how it's meant to then?
@Monex dont open the ytd drag and drop the file smh
