Hey guys, this is my first real conversion project using 3ds Max. Hope you all enjoy.

Freemode Male: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist_streamedpeds.rpf\mp_m_freemode_01_male_heist
To equip in game:
for Trevor it is hat 14.
for Franklin it is hat 15.
for Freemode Male it is mask 58.

@LeninTHICC If you can find a 3d model for it that is free, relatively low poly and is in .obj or .max format then ill do it.
