Venom Snake from mgsv
Most gamers knows who he is,so i won't talk much about it.
Changelog:

-release
1.5
-spec maps changed to get better texture
-added lips movement,snake now can open his mouth!
-fixed the missing hair problem which makes snake looks like he grew bald
-overall weight adjustment
Thanks to 3doomer for making awesome gta modeling script and
solving problems that i encountered during the process of ped making,
and also thanks to those helpful users in gtaforums providing solution of my problems in the gim evo thread.
In addition,thanks to IIReII for porting and rigging the model of snake.
i am so greatful for all your help and contribution.

,now it's time for me to turn him into a ped.

@fungfung879 So my first and more important problem is that I get the weighting of some models wrong. A cape for example sticks and moves along with the legs or the braids of a model's hair get affected by the weighting of the neck part(I'm using Zmodeler at the moment).How do I prevent certain parts from gaining weight? Or how do I remove weight after copying the weight of a basic GTA model to mine?
My second problem is that I'm trying to make a model, or parts of a model emissive, but somehow it's not emissive in game.
@Mr_Kerr sry,but i don't konw how to adjust weight in zmodeler...
if you are using 3d max,you can easily select certain part of model to adjust the weight value
