This plugin displays your current system time and FPS on the top-left corner of the screen.

How to install
Drag and drop everthing inside "To Game Folder" folder to your GTA V install folder (e.g. where GTA5.exe was located).

Is it possible to leave a space of a character or two between time and FPS? The default spacing feels time and FPS are combined
(Before 10:29:0619 FPS → After 10:29:06 19 FPS)
Put up that its RPH somewhere in the description but good mod I bet wish it was a script
