i keep getting a message that says 0 addon peds loaded

i did everything in the instructions that it said to upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 and my peds still will not show up. please give us a fix @Meth0d

how the fuck do i install this mod? I tried following the instructions, didn't work. I watched videos, they didn't help. And I constant;y see mods i want then it says addon ped in the description so then i cant get it! Please help!
