@Sugar-Ma Aww. hopefully in v1.3.6, this issue will be resolve. Been doing couple times of mission without any unintended mission failed so far. Let me know if it still happening. Thanks again for your report.

@Sugar-Ma Thank you for reporting. On the crew menu part, the novice and expert crew will gain experience when you use them in a mission. When they got enough experience, They will level up and change name (ex:- from novice to expert or professional etc), text colour, and their performance while still keeping the same amount of salary as they used to. You can check their efficiency and experience by pressing default "DELETE" key (check for v1.3.5 notes). For mission failed due to character change bug, it should be fix in v1.3.5. @Sugar-Ma no money added? Did you get the summary? It takes awhile for lester to count the money. Once done, he will contact you again by showing the summary and will transfer the money to your account shortly after.

@Typhloo22 yes. The red H marker is the factory but you need to follow the blue or orange marker to park at the exact location. (Under the bridge near garmen factory)
