I downloaded this mod, along with all the pre-requisite items. I did the Drag & Drop installation, all of the icons appeared all over the map... But for some reason, if I go to an apartment, garage or house... nothing happens.
@JimHart I am having the same issue with mine. I've been playing around at the Mosley's Automotive Service place, parking my cars there and all... I had around 9 or so cars saved, then when I saved my game and logged back in only 3 of them were there anymore; all of the others deleted themselves.
Wish they'd make one of these, but without all of the equipment such as sirens, strobes, and the Presidential stuff.
Would be a cool car to drive around in for missions and sutff.
@Carrythxd I'll try reinstalling VWE right quick to see if that fixes it.
If it works, I'll let you know. Gonna up my rating since you actually responded with a lot of useful information.
@Carrythxd Also, if I wanted to run the Vanillaworks + Dispatchworks at the same time, do I just go ahead and install the Dispatchworks pack once I have gotten the Vanillaworks pack settled in?
I installed Dispatchworks a few days ago just to toy around with the cool cop cars, then discovered your Vanillaworks package too and decided to bring it in-game also just to further spice up my time on my Lore-Friendly copy of GTA.
I read somewhere that you have to do one of the two first; however, I'm not sure where I read that, as I can't find it anymore.
@Carrythxd I downloaded this mod pack and ran the installer through OpenIV.
The mod pack didn't work at first, as I completely forgot to get a new gameconfig and heapadjuster that would allow such a large amount of new vehicles added in-game... I updated to a modified config file, installed the heapadjuster; so now it works quite well, the only problem I seem to be getting is maybe 50% of the cars on the list say "Invalid name/id" when I try to spawn them in-game myself. Do you have any idea what could be causing this?
I also noticed a lot of cars suddenly delete themselves upon being spawned in, whether it be with me driving them; or a civilian driving them. I know there's a way to fix it, as it has something to do with the DLC vehicles; but I haven't really modded GTA V in quite a while... Mind mentioning where I'd have to look to get that problem solved also?
Overall, damn good looking mod.
Would love to see an armored version, without the weapons though... They just kill the immersion for me.

Thanks dude.
@LamboFreak
Are you the same LamboFreak from back in the Street Legal Racing: Redline days?
