Only thing I'm not a fan of is that it has Granger badges. Unless this is meant to be a trim level or similar to the Granger (if that is the case full five stars). Other than that beautiful vehicle.
This worse than the last... And I don't mean to offend you with this. I'm giving you criticism to improve upon, but if you don't want to take it... You're funeral. Now let's see where to begin... I'll start with the people. Because of course 40 some odd people come down to a bad part of town (with a high murder rate) to see someone's annoying aunt dead on the sidewalk. Why is there a desk in the middle of the road? Now I've seen FDNY command boards operated by the commander on-scene, but for a person found dead? Eh... no. Once again there are police cars blocking the road when there's no need to. Why obstruct traffic when they and the ambulance can park on the side of the road? Also if they were to do a blockade why is the ambulance outside of it? Shouldn't it be inside? I am glad you reduced the number of cops. Still a few too many if you ask me, but then again I do live out in the county. Out here if there's a DOA there's a lone deputy and EMS on-scene. I like that you removed the federal agents. Definitely a step in the right direction, as well as having the police cars be normal. Other than that nice job.
So let me get this straight. Someone dies so around 15 cops and federal agents show up? And they block the road with cars designed on Pimp my Ride? And have AK-47s? Logic is real folks.
Incredible for your first mod. Granted it doesn't look that great with the drop shadow it is way better than my first. It looks like you know your stuff and certainly have potential. Can't wait to see more.
@NDev Maybe a feature that it will send you to a random hospital in San Andreas (i.e. your call's in Davis, but you transport to Sandy Shores). Figure it would add to the realism as in the US (I have no clue if you live in the US or know this) the paramedics will ask you which hospital you would like to go to. But if you do it make it so people can toggle it as I can imagine some wouldn't want to take a long journey like that.

Overall a very nice mod. Seems the rims are a little pushed out from the tires though. Other than that it's great.
Very nice job. Only thing I would say is put less cones. I would say have maybe have one every 5 feet or so.

Thanks! Modding for nearly 4 years and I still don't know all of OpenIV's features :)
