i did everything that the readme file said and now my game crashes everytime i load it up

@MrSandwiich so what do i have to do with the gameconfig file?

i followed a guy that replaced something in the "extratitleupdatedata.meta" folder. is this needed for this mod? and what is meant by:
"Replace gameconfig.xml to: X:\Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data"

pls help me out, this is the first time for me installing the mod. i do have everything installed to properly use it except a Trainer.
