How come i enable the mod and i dont get a mission?

Ive tried pressing insert and put the latest NativeUI in my scripts folder and nothing is working.

I think one of the protection missions are glitched when you go to the place it tells you nothing is there its the one near Michael's garage

How do you get the heist contract to spawn

Already downloaded mod and finished the story just don't know where to get the T-Shirt
