Weird, I’m getting this speed limit config error msg when booting up. The speed limit sign appears on my screen but it’s stuck at 35 mph no matter where I spawn. I don’t really have a lot of mods install, no idea what could be causing this.

So I tried using RDE, but cops wouldn’t shoot at me on foot, only the heli’s, so I uninstalled it. I install this, load up the game, it says it’s successful, I see where it says the different jurisdictions, but I’m only seeing 5 stars.

@MrBene sorry for the typo, I downloaded the weapon animation meta from a random google link. I swapped that unmodded file with the modded one in open 4, cops still won’t shoot at me.

So I already did a fresh reinstall. So what you’re saying is to copy the clean weapon animation.meta file that I now have, install RDE , then replace the weapon animation.meta with the clean one that I now have, and this should resolve the issue with cops not shooting back?

@MrBene So I downloaded an unmodded backup weapon animations.meta file from google and replaced it with the wrong in open iv, cops still won’t shoot at me on foot. Any suggestions?

@SJinwoo23 hello, sorry for late reply, but I’m having a hard time finding the file in openiv. Any suggestions where it’s located so I can uninstall it?
