@EL_Greco I don't know all I can say is that it IS working for me I am using a mods folder including update\update.rtf if that makes any difference, If you check out what I said above you will see the file is signed by rockstar games with a valid cert and is the exact same file Akio posted.
I have capped my screen showing what to do and it working and am uploading...

@bur587@BlackwidowZ93 & Anyone else screaming virus or malware :facepalm: The file is digitally signed by Rockstar Games and the certificate is valid if you bother to check, Also if you google the MD5 of the exe you will see GTAV crash reports etc... with matching MD5 checksums but really the valid signed cert should of clinched it..
@bur587 I uploaded the original untouched GTA5.exe that I backed up before taking the steam 791.2 update:

Just rename your existing GTA5.exe to GTA5.exe.new and paste/drag the 757.4 version in its place.

If you want to keep playing with mods offline until the latest version of script hook is released just use the GTA5 757.4 executable, It is working ok for me so far:

@Akio Download the exe I supplied and open a hex editor and compare it with yours or generate the MD5 or both of them......
You will find that they ARE THE SAME FILE!
