Freeze = Disable
Freeze = Disable would cause the script to read the game at the selected time and time, but time and weather would not be blocked and frozen all the time.

Btw. When Freeze = Enable, the values UnfreezeTimeHour = and UnfreezeTimeMinute = will be ignored.

Okay, to the point. I'm creating a modification called Realistic Headlights Vehicles that you can find on my profile. In its present form, this is a poorly developed modification, but I have a few plans to build it.
One of my ideas is the edition of carcols.ymt to a greater extent.
Here is my first question, will you agree to give me permission to use your files? e.g. carcols.ymt in your original form or slightly changed by me?
Something like this (I write with permission from who and to whom I contribute to files / values, etc.)
My second question is, will you update your modyfication and visualsettings.dat file to be compatible with your values and the latest values from VisualV with the latest version v1.0.390?
It would be nice if after downloading the modification you did not have to manually verify the values and edit them to be able to have your good connection to the rest of the values in the lines of code from VisualV
Third, my last question. I know that I have asked you this before in a similar way, but are you planning to update your carcols.ymt file?
From what I have seen when looking at these files, from 2015 to now, that is 2018, the file carcols.ymt has been changed by rockstar and different values have been added / subtracted in the lines of code.
I know that your current carcols.ymt is still working today. But he wonders if it can be updated with new missing and changed lines of code.
