For anyone who is having a hard time installating this one, once you open openIV go to mods>update>x64>dlcpacks then paste the folder inside. I downloaded the one with the mega file 4.5 since there is no proper instruction no how to install. Great mod so far.

haven't found any issue with the mod. all of your mod is great!

This one works but its not stated on the description that it only works for Single player characters. so if you are playing in rageplugin and using MPed character then this mod will not work for you.

hoping to get an update with this, smoking while walking would be good too or if you can leave the cig in your characters mouth.

I'll rate you 5 stars but how do I get to put on the helmet? I'm using MP character in rage or is it only available in multiplayer?

This mod messed up my weather, even tho its not raining there is a rain sound and all PED IS WET!!

I hope that you make the hispanic gangs looks more dangerous. MS-13 is kinda hiding their faces one of their trademark is the tattoo on their face. Overall its a good mod just a suggestion tho and here is your 5 stars.

I saw your post in LSPDFR website then saw someone commented the policeb1 and b2. Now its working perfectly.
