Why is there this red thing, if I use the rear bumper?

Is it just for the looks or does it have another function (I have seen it in some other car mods too) Would be nice if you could answer me thx :)
@gardenhose Let me help you:
Go to your GTA 5 root Folder (For Steam its "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V") and create a new Folder named mods. Then copy the folder "update", which is also located in the GTA 5 folder into the mods folder you created. Next step is to start OpenIV and now you can go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks". To use the mods Folder instead of your normal GTA 5 files u need to install the ASI Manager.

Install everything and your good to go :)
