how do you spawn vehicles

after i properly installed everything, how do i spawn these items?? i have menyoo and add-on vehicle spawner but still cant find anything

@Claude_III yes, i kinda gave up and deleted the update folder and reinstalled it through steam so it was definitly the mod

@Claude_III game crashes when i open story mode

upon launching GTA V it gives me a "Corrupt Game Data" error and askes me to either reinstall, verify game data, or some other third thing. please help me fix this error
