@Nathan Ferdinand you can transplant the horn from the Alfa 2.9 V6 yourself with OpenIV, just copy the HORN2_LOOP HORN2_TAIL files along with their OAC data.
@RemixPL1994 and to everyone else asking, it's long been deprecated as this is a bit too hacky of a way to do this (learned a lot in 2.5 years), i just forgot to tag it as such.
@LEXLYC i edit the handling.meta myself (and i also use killatomate's handling pack), then i use multiple of ikt's scripts such as manual trans, custom gear ratios, etc..

@jrem7315 i suppose you are using vanilla handling which doesnt allow you to stay at high revs for long when decelerating
