Thanks Rippler for this amazing mod. Shooting is so much fun!
I have sadly found out that this mod doesn't work with the latest GTA V build (at least on my PC). I had this mod previously installed with the .oiv package which came with the Fine- Tuned Felony & Response mod (this package was installed in the mods folder). After updating the game and ScripthookV my game was stuck on a never-ending loading screen. I deleted all my mods and re-installed them one at a time. I found out that Ripplers Realism caused this behaviour. I immediately went to this page to see if somebody else had the same problem and saw another person with the same thing (it was an old comment) and you suggested to install Ripplers Realism into the main files. I first installed it with the .oiv package into the main files. The game loaded up this time, but the mod wasn't working, sadly. I then installed Ripplers Realism by replacing all the files manually. I booted up the game and it loaded again, but the mod wasn't working. So a summary of what I found out:
- .oiv package install -> mods folder = Never-ending loading screen.
- .oiv package install -> main files = Loads but mod isn't working.
- Manual install -> main files = Load but mod isn't working.
I'm interested to see what other people find out and if it's working for them with the latest build and I hope I informed you enough about the problems I'm currently having. If you have any questions or if you want me to try something, feel free to ask! Thanks for the mod and happy holidays!

@TheDeepShadow You probably have both Native Trainer and Enhanced Native Trainer installed. Delete Native Trainer and it will work properly.
