    another way to fix it
    is to copy ScriptHookVDotNet.asi and ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll
    you should copy both file to gtav main folder to get it work
    that work for me

    the problem with the last ScriptHookVDotNet use the old ScriptHookVDotNet and it will work that what happened with me
