I'm not sure if your readme is wrong, or just out of date but there is nothing called "steamedpedplayers.rpf", "player_zero_p" or "uppr_diff_008_*_whi.ytd"

Really wanted to use this but even after clicking around finding similar filenames, I didn't find exactly which thing to replace.
I swear, Rockstar should have made it 1000% easier to just add in things like clothing. Remember Vice City on PC? It had a menu to change your characters looks, they knew people modded PC games
