I don't know why it isn't working for you guys... I just checked it with script hook v1.0.791.2 , .NET script hook V2.9.2 and the latest version of GTAV and it works just fine. Only the menu is a bit glitched.
@Dumb-Nut@LeeWing01 I honestly have no idea. I can't reprouce it. I am using the latest update and checked logs , debug message and yes..everything is working as it should :/ Now that reminds me... " Common dev excuse: It works on my machine :v"

Nah , I don't really wanna add it because human peds have more complex AI controllers than animal peds. So , more human ped = more load on memory & processors...and that will crash the game on low end PC(s) .
The mod already doesn't work with the latest patch, don't wanna add a game crashing option on top of it :s
BTW , you are free to redistribute that modified version :)

@legendaw you have to use the numpad. 5 -> select , 8 -> up , 2 -> down
@Zacharias I think there is a mod that lets you shoot props. I can't remember which one it is ._. Check under the script category.
