@Galactic542 Gta Config v30 for v 1.0.2802 > For Less Mods > 2,5x traffic 2,5x peds. My game version is 2802 and this worked for me. I don't know other versions.
If your game crashes after installing a mod, download it and choose a traffic setting for your game version. You may also need Packfile Limit Adjuster and HeapAdjuster. I spent hours solving this problem but the solution was simple. Don't look for a solution anywhere other than these three.
